Youth Camps

Fun, activity-based learning opportunities focused on the rich marine and rainforest ecosystems of the region.

Every spring and summer, we offer day camps for local and visiting children and youth. Rooted in the rich marine and rainforest environments of this region, our programs provide fun, activity-based learning experiences — giving youth the chance to explore diverse ecosystems and the wealth of life they support, from salmon and whales to berries and forest discoveries.

Creative Creatures

Calling all nature loving Picassos! Be inspired by nature’s beauty and channel your creativity into works of art with Raincoast’s camps. You will construct epic beach art, explore sand dunes, go kayaking amongst the kelp forests and so much more! Get ready for a week of endless innovation, exploration and fun in the sun!

Eco Heroes

Calling all superheroes! Grab your cape and join us for a week of non-stop adventures! With Raincoast’s camps, you will go on a different adventure outside each day. You will fly down sand dunes, explore kelp forests in a kayak and so much more! Get ready for a week of endless excitement, exploration and fun in the sun!

What to Bring

Raincoast Education Society day camps offer fun, activity-based learning opportunities focused on the rich marine and rainforest ecosystems of the region.  We’re going to have a great week of hikes, tide pooling, crafting, dune boarding and more! Bring some rain boots, layers and a can-do attitude for a great week of adventures.

Ucluelet camps

Register for Ucluelet camps online, in person at the Ucluelet Community Centre, over the phone at 250-726-7772. Ucluelet pick up & drop off is at the Ucluelet Community Centre.

Tofino Camps

Register for camps online, or by calling 250-725-3229  x704/705. Tofino pick up & drop off is at the Tofino Community Centre
